Our work continues after hiring. We believe attracting good professionals is as challenging as ensuring their successful onboarding and creating the environment for executives and shareholders to achieve their goals. Therefore, part of our process is deeply monitoring these hired executives during the first 12 months.
BRIEFING: LEARNING, UNDERSTANDING AND DIAGNOSIS
The most sensitive stage of each project is when MAIO partners understand their clients' past, present, and future. In this step, we learn more about the circumstances that led to the decision to hire a key person and what is expected of such a move.
MARKET MAPPING
This is the stage of mapping market professionals with experience, interest, and affinity with values and beliefs. We build the long list until we reach the shortlist. Experienced MAIO partners always conduct interviews, affinity assessments, and compensation negotiations.
FINALIST INTERVIEWS AND CHOICE
Finally, it's time for our clients to meet the candidates. At this stage, interviews are carried out until the finalist is chosen. Before choosing, we support our clients in creating the criteria, with references, and constructing the financial offer.
INTEGRATION AND FOLLOW-UP
We have a one-year monitoring program for all of our projects, in which we evaluate integration in three dimensions.
